The Cycle to Work scheme allows our employees to purchase any bike of their choice and spread the cost over 12 months, deducting it from their salary every month as well as a 25-39% discount. 

VADO are proud to partner with a local gym, Kings Fitness and Leisure, to provide VADO employee's 25% off of a full gym membership. 

We offer a competitive pension scheme for all VADO employees including a generous business contribution from VADO each month.

All employees are entitled to a generous holiday allowance, as well as the option to purchase 3 additional days each year. 

Health Assured is an award-winning Employee Assistance Programme service that is available at no cost to every single VADO employee. Providing 24/7 confidential support to all members of staff and their immediate family.

Our Share Save scheme is an easy and flexible way for employees to purchase VADO shares over a 3-year period, with the option to sell their shares at an increased value or simply withdraw the money they have saved. 

VADO'S KINDNESS GUARANTEE

At VADO, community plays a big part in our daily lives and we want to encourage and inspire all employees to connect with their local community wherever they may be. Our VADO Kindness Guarantee promises all employees the opportunity to take up to 3 additional days of annual leave a year, to spend volunteering for a charitable organisation of their choice.

We recognise not everybody has the flexibility to be able to commit to volunteering in their own time, which is why we give all employees extra hours away from their desk to help and make a difference in the community, whilst we continue to pay them for their time. We find peace in knowing our community is receiving kind and dedicated help from our very own workforce.

•    We are making great progress towards plastic free packaging, committing to 100% recycled packaging by 2025.
